Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026

Luma Chimes is an offline iPhone puzzle game. This policy explains how the game handles information when you play it.

Information we collect

We do not collect personal information, contact information, identifiers, location data, usage analytics, advertising data, or payment information through Luma Chimes.

Information stored on your device

The game stores your completed levels, best scores, and preferences such as sound, haptics, and reduce-motion settings locally on your device. This information is used only to make the game work for you. It is not transmitted to us or to third parties.

You can remove this local information by deleting the app from your device. If the game offers an in-app reset option, that option removes its local progress data.

Sharing, advertising, and tracking

Luma Chimes does not include third-party analytics, advertising networks, social features, user accounts, or cross-app tracking. We do not sell, rent, or share player information because we do not receive it.

Contacting us

If you contact us by email, your email provider will send us the information you choose to include, such as your email address and message. We use that information only to reply to your request and keep it only as long as reasonably necessary to provide support or meet legal obligations.

Children's privacy

Luma Chimes does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other players. Because the game does not collect personal information, there is no player profile or account to manage.

Changes to this policy

If the game's data practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date before the new practice takes effect. Please review this policy when you update the game.
